Are you a music enthusiast with a passion for sales and networking? Do you have a strong understanding 🔌 of your local music industry, independent record labels and the radio space? We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as Country Representative.

At WARM, we are at the forefront of music industry analytics, delivering real-time radio airplay data to record labels, managers, radio promoters, artists and music professionals globally. Our platform enables users to track and analyze their music's performance on radio stations worldwide, gaining valuable insights into audience and market reach. By leveraging music recognition technology, we empower our users to make data-driven decisions, optimize their promotional strategies, and discover new avenues for success in the music industry.

In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to leverage your music industry knowledge and network to identify and onboard new costumers. You'll also play a pivotal role in discovering effective local sales channels and avenues for promoting and expanding the reach of WARM.

As a part-time Country Representative, you'll have the chance to showcase your abilities and contribute to WARM's success while paving the way for potential advancement within our marketing & growth team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your deep understanding of the local music industry to identify potential customers for WARM's radio monitoring services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the music industry, including artists, managers, labels, and radio stations in your country.
  • Onboard new costumers to WARM's services, providing them with a tailored understanding of how our platform can benefit their work.
  • Strategically identify and establish local sales channels, partnerships, and distribution avenues to maximize the visibility of WARM.
  • Represent WARM at local music industry events, showcasing the platform's value and forging connections within the music industry community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and growth team to contribute valuable insights and help shape our overall growth strategy.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Passion for music and a strong knowledge of our local music industry landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and effectively convey the value of WARM.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while staying aligned with company objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude in identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving priorities and requirements
  • The collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a small, cross-functional team
  • Confidence and enthusiasm to represent WARM at industry events and gatherings.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in technology and online platforms to effectively manage communication and tasks.
  • Sales and networking experience is a plus.

Position Details:

  • Part-time position (starting 2 days a week) with the potential to scale the position into a full-time role.
  • Salary: competitive
  • Remote work, allowing flexibility in managing your schedule.
