Jesper is the CEO and founder of WARM and part of the board in MusicDNA. Previously, Jesper has represented MusicDNA in Scandinavia. From 2016-2019 he was part of the board in DUP (association for independent record labels in Denmark). Jesper has worked in the music industry for 6 years - establishing indie companies like Fandango Music, We Make Noise and Kassiopeia Kollektive.

Rachel has 15+ years of experience in the music and entertainment sector. Her experience ranges from artist management, bookings, event and project management, record label and legal affairs, to everything in between. With her 360 degree understanding of the music industry, Rachel created a music consulting company, Strassberger, that works to create momentum behind clients’ music and brand worldwide.Through innovative methods of collecting and analysing data, Strassberger monitors music market stats in real-time to create and capitalise on opportunities.
